It's positivity day! Thanks to a whole swathe of you sending in your top ten favourite movies of all time the Pauls have an excuse to talk about their own favourite films in hilarious and enthralling detail. Hooray! We also compiled the ultimate top ten from everyone's submissions – so stick around to find out which Men in Black film tops the list. Cinema Bushido (@Cinemabushido) hurl this frozen disc of cow poo Paul-ward and the Pauls leapt like dogs to catch it in their teeth. Having dodged the remakes and the Giglis and and the Shyamalans of this recommendations month, have they finally met their match in the universally-hated 0% sensation that is Highlander II: The Quickening? Well, don't just stand there: grab hold of the poo-disc and climb in! side a Paul. Featuring: fun the way Michael Ironside likes it, a cult in the making, constant sexual harassment punchlines because Sean Connery, heh-heh, a bumpy ride and a sequel worth bringing to life.

Thanks goes to Beyond The Box Set (@Beyondtheboxset) podcast this week for recommending the critic-proof Lady In The Water. Luckily at least one of us is totally underqualified for the job. We might have been asked to find one good thing about this piece of work but we'll go one better. We'll probably have two. Unless a dreaded case of the scrunts sets in. It's surf season here at OGT apparently - only instead of a poor approximation of a sad Keanu Reeves we have three hot young Australian boys muscling their way onto our podcast to talk the one good thing about Surf Ninjas in a discussion that was originally forty minutes longer than the film's runtime. At the recommendation of Paul's girlfriend Nell they give the Point Break reimagining a go and invite you along for the riiiiiide. But stop smiling and saying surf words – it's not about having fun. It's more serious than ever. And the Pauls couldn't be more thrilled. Let's find a good thing! This week the Pauls dust off their defending cowls and leap fist-first down the throat of Zak Snyder's rather memorable Watchmen! They've read the book and they remember there was a lot of it – lots of blood, lots of superpower and even more lots of incongruously apt tunes that made this comic a real made-for-cinema thriller/comedy/romance. Probably. It was probably that. Anyway, the Pauls liked the movie adaptation of it once upon a time – how do they feel eight years on? This week the Pauls hold hands in a well-lit room and face the horror of another in a long line of worst films of all time and – well, you know the rest. Prepare for disappointment. Featuring: a pair of regular Rory Bremners, some right t’orphans, handsome Jeremy Corbyn, the hierarchy of Rob and seven seconds of whatever you want, baby.

JAACAAAAAAAAB! Get those earphones in and get yourselves medieval – except for the earphones – because this week the Pauls lurch out of their opium hazes just long enough to lead an unlikely burden across an unbearable distance. That's right, we're in all kinds of east with Nick Powell's Chinese movie Outcast! Featuring: shifting the Damon, the various ages of Boyden Manstensen, Benedict Wong?, a show of real British unity and meeting your boss's eye after your sexy video.

The Pauls aren't gonna kill you – they're just gonna bash your brains in. They're gonna bash them right the f– oh, hang on... *checks* SHIT! Turns out by all of that they mean they're going to put their own souls through the mangle of misery, going above and beyond the call of duty once again as they witness not only Suicide Squad, but the extended cut of the aforementioned trash fire. Maybe it'll be like Bats v Supes all over again and we'll get something like cohesion with an inexplicably longer edition. Or maybe they're just in for some serious mental abuse like only David Ayer knows how. Featuring: the bleak world that pursues Mark Kermode from the past, a Shia Labeouf exhibit nobody can enjoy, condomfuls of disappointment and swingin' it round, DC style!
